Drive the highest level of football within the youth section (U11-U14 currently) in line with the Club’s aspirations and constraints. Develop a training and management style within the youth teams which attracts, retains and develops players.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Youth teams at committee
Work with youth coaches and teams where help and assistance is requested or identified by committee
Select new coaches in conjunction with the Foundation Section officer
Mentor and advise youth managers (buddy system)
