This evening we had our presentation evening for the U12 Eagles. It was a cracking evening held at Sleight Valley golf club. On the hottest day of the year the kids had a great time. Trying their hand on the driving range as well as some crazy golf.

A few of the players even managed to win a pound by getting the ball in the basket!

Some great food and then we had the presentation.

Each player collected their individual awards. There were some thank yous for our parents and our sponsors.

It has been a tough season for the Eagles. Our first grouping, whilst we were competitive we struggled. The second half was much better in a much more competitive group. We were in the top half of the division and did well to get a few postive result. We look forward to the move to 11 a side next season.

Coaches Phil and Caitlyn were extremely grateful for their cards and gifts. It is very much appreciated, especially the notes from the children.

Overall a fab season, fun had by all and we look forward to 2022/23 when we move to 11 a side. We have some new players coming in as well as keeping our current crop that are ever improving. It will be a great season.
