This Sunday we have our End of Season Presentation Day. We have a few bits of information before you attend the event and a few bits of information on the event itself.
As you will all know parking at Green Lane is limited. It is very likely to get very busy very quickly. If you can walk, ride or get a lift to this event it would be highly recommended. We are looking at other parking options in the local area to allow more room to park for everyone. If we find a safe venue, we will let you know in due course.
Wilts FA run a zero alcohol use at Green Lane, therefore please do not consume any alcohol on site. Even if lucky enough to win a bottle or two on the raffle.
We very lucky to have some of the best local suppliers of food. The Woodland Pizza Kitchen, The Rowdey Cow and Jefferson William's Donut and Candy Floss Van, on site to allow everyone to not go hungry and have very reasonable prices for all their products.
There will be a raffle that some very kind local businesses and people have donated prizes to. Please support this raffle, we don't do very many fundraiser and this is one of the very few things we do try to help our coffers. All money raised goes towards helping us provide better equipment to all our members. There are lots of amazing prizes to be won.
Simon Folkard will be on site to take all our club photo's. If you don't want your photo taken or would rather not have your child's photo taken, please either let Simon know or any of the committee know. It is not a problem.
There will be a whole club photo taking place between 12:15 & 12:30. This is the first time we have tried this, please ensure that all players have their match day kit on for this photo.
The 3G will be available for all players to have a fun kick about on. Please ensure have the correct footwear for the surface. Parents can join in but please again have the correct footwear.
We will have a bring and buy boot collection. If got any old boots that don't fit anymore and want to donate them to the club please do. We will sell these on for a very small fee so other members can purchase.
Trophies will be handed out in pretty much team order. Youngest to oldest with the only exception being the BC Juniors who will be last after the Girls teams.
I do hope that you will find this day enjoyable and fun. Just like in the way that we think football and football coaching should be enjoyable and fun.
The Fun Starts at 10:45am. So hope to see you all there.
